Employer Handbooks may violate NLRA

The NLRB, on March 18, again voices concerns over Employee Handbooks.  The NLRB’s General Counsel Report referenced employee handbook policies viewed as violating the NLRA.  The attached link provides a copy of the Report and more information.   Employers and employees should get with experienced employment law attorneys to address any concerns.
